Notice of Special April Unit Meetings – Bylaw Amendments Presentation
Dear Members,
Please be advised that the April unit meetings will be held as special meetings for the purpose of presenting proposed changes and updates to our Local’s bylaws.
Your attendance is required in order to vote on the proposed bylaw amendments. Upon logging in to the meeting, you will be asked to provide your personal email address, which will be used to issue your secure electronic voting ballot.
If anyone is reporting that they are not receiving emails from Local 410 they must “register” their personal email address HERE
Your participation is important as these updates help ensure our bylaws remain current and reflective of our Local’s needs. An email invitation for your regional meeting will follow.
SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS:
Labrador Region: Monday April 20th 7:00 pm AST
Western Region: Tuesday April 21st 7:00pm NST
Central Region: Wednesday April 22nd 7:00 NST
Eastern Region: Thursday April 23rd 7:00 NST
East Avalon (St. John’s/Mt Pearl) Region: Wednesday April 15th 7:00pm NST
If you are unable to attend the schedule specific to your region, please advise @ @email and we can loop you in for another one of the posted dates above.
