Stronger Together - Bargaining Update Week 1

Sisters and Brothers,

We are still at the beginning of the process, and while it’s early days, the groundwork is being laid.

· Constructive Mood: The overall tone so far has been respectful and constructive.

· Efficient Pace: Discussions are moving forward at a good pace.

· Focus on Non-Monetary Issues: At this stage, the discussions are concentrating on housekeeping and non-monetary items as we build the foundation for the bargaining process.

We will continue to keep you informed as this process develops. Bargaining is set to continue next week on Tuesday October 7.
